Prizes
All contestants completing Round 1 will receive a coupon for a free year of annual membership. This will also lock in your annual subscription at the current low rate and provides huge discounts (60%) on prices charged to drive-by customers
All contestants successfully completing Round 2 will receive a discount coupon for a Lifetime membership. The current low price will increase as our coverage of the world increases and as soon as the contest scripts are edited and recorded. Lifetime members may download all MP3travelclub audio guides free of charge!
Those Contestants completing Round 3 with a standing in the top half will receive a free Lifetime membership.
The Winner will also receive a cash prize of $3000!
How To Win
Apart from progressing through the rounds,there are three more ways to win:
Daily Draws
Once you have registered and you’ve started promoting us, then you will be eligible for the Daily Draw. Everyday we’ll draw one of the contestants, but you need to keep your eye on the contest standings and watch your email so that you can claim your prize within 24 hours. The daily draw prize will be one of the country bundles and a discount coupon on Lifetime membership
Movers and Shakers
Every week, we’ll be looking at who has moved up the Contest Standings in a big way. Each Mover and Shaker will receive a discount coupon for Life Membership. If contest numbers allow, this will become a daily prize. Once again keep watching your email and the contest standing page to claim your prize
Overall Winner
After all the points have been added up and the writing scores have been added in, then the system runs an electric draw. Each point will become a raffle ticket and so even if you’ve got only one point you don’t need to give up – apart from anything else, the contest standings show only half the points until the last day.

Start With Facebook and Twitter
Enter your Twitter username and your Facebook name into the form below and we’ll send out a Tweet and a Facebook post for you – and then you’re in the Daily Draw ! Don’ t worry – it’s quite private and secure – as soon as the posts are on their way, your login information is automatically deleted
Ways to Score Points

1. ‘Like’ our Facebook Page
We’d like lots of people to see our Wall posts and know what we’re up to, and if lots of people join up and start contributing to the wall, it will be more interesting for everybody.
2. ‘Subscribe’ to our YouTube channel
Our YouTube channel MP3travelclub.com will have some videos on it including the contest hints video. However we will be putting other videos designed to appeal to MP3travelclub members – the more subscribers we have, the higher our videos will be ranked on YouTube search
3. Comment on our YouTube videos
Comments are like subscriptions, it gives your videos better rankings from YouTube’s search engine.
Promotion is easier than you thought, isn’t it ?

4. Make a Video Response to our YouTube videos
Even better than comments and YouTube ‘Likes’ in boosting the ranking of a video !
5. Comment on your Facebook Wall (include your contest link)
Let your friends know what is going on, but don’t spam them if you want to stay friends
6. Leave a Comment on any Post on MP3travelclub.com
These are particularly valuable as Google will realise that people do read this stuff. You do need to say something interesting it you want your comment to be approved. (Great post isn’t good enough!). You don’t need your link for this, but you do need to login to MP3travelclub.com

7. Leave a Comment on the Facebook Widget
People love to see what their friends are up to and this way they can see that you’re in the Contest ! And maybe they’d like to have a go as well !
8. Use our Predone Tweet
A part of Step 2 above, just allow us to send the automatic Tweet. It’s safe and private and the sooner you do it the sooner you can go into the Daily Draw!
9. Use our Predone Facebook post
Same as the Pre-done Tweet, except your friends are more likely to join the contest from a Facebook post than a Tweet

Every day we’ll be tweeting from time to time – if you re-tweet, you score extra points
11. Write and Distribute a Press Release (including your contest link of course)
This could be a Mover and Shaker’s big move, if the newspapers pick it up ! Online Press Releases can produce thousands of links, so make sure your contest link is the link for the press release
12. Post Articles in Article Directories (using your contest link)
Article directories (Search Google) hold vast number of articles on all kinds of subjects. Your article can contain your contest link in the resource box at the end of the article.

13. Use online classified ads
Sites like Craigslist have wide readership and their links will be seen widely. Post an interesting ad with a contest link and others may sign up using your link
14. Post extra Contest Material
This is a High Potential item especially if you find yourself falling behind in the promotion side of the contest. The way the contest works is this: good writing and good promotion are equally valued. We will total up the promotion points after each round and allocate an equal number of points amongst the blog posts and audio scripts. These are especially valuable to us as a good article takes time to write and there are limits to our imagination and enthusiasm.
15. Opt in to MP3travelclub.com’s newsletter
Opt in to our newsletter and we’ll send you news of what we‘re up to – making videos, recording scripts for more countries and cities, running online seminars with experts, special offers, maybe even anther competition.

Not everyone understands what an RSS feed does, so click here if you want to watch RSS in Plain English. Anyway, once you subscribe, then you’ll only need to visit mp3travelclub.com when we post an interesting article or whatever. How do you subscribe ?

and click on it on any page /post.
18. Complete the online questionnaire
We need you to complete the contest questionnaire so that we can allocate you a city / some places to write about in Round 2

Rules – Spamming
Don’t make a nuisance of yourself to other Web users- that would give MP3travelclub.com a bad name. If you become a problem we’ll disqualify you ! If you exceed the limits of the site’s contest software, the points will not count.
Rules of Thumb – no automatic promotion, no auto-commenting on Facebook or YouTube, no bulk e-mail or any other spammy tactics we can’t think of at the moment.
