MP3travelclub.com Ltd grants members the right to download, store and copy our travel guides from a downloading computer to an MP3 player for personal use only.

Subscribing Members (Annual and Lifetime) may also make temporary copies of MP3 travel guides for fellow travellers who are accompanying them on a particular visit – for the purposes of this licence, “fellow travellers” means relatives or friends who have booked a journey / visit together.  For the avoidance of confusion, it does not include everyone else in the hotel / aircraft / ship /etc.  For the purposes of this agreement, “temporary” means for the duration of the journey /trip and a reasonable period beforehand.  “Temporary “ copies must be deleted when travellers finish their journey.

Resale of MP3 travel guides is prohibited except through the Affiliate Agreement.
