The Aegean Islands area bundle includes MP3 travel guides, to some of the larger islands in the Aegean Sea. These islands are the Greece of the travel brochures – steep and rocky islands with white cubes for houses, fringed with beautiful beaches and a dark blue sea. Unfortunately, everyone has realised this and the beaches can be very crowded in the season.

Delos – the birthplace of both Apollo and Artemis.
Rhodes – one of the biggest islands, Rhodes has been inhabited for centuries. It is also one of the more fertile islands in the Aegean. There is a lot to see and do including ancient and mediaeval sites.
Rhodes Old Town – this is the site of the Colossus (now destroyed), one of the seven ancient Wonders of the World. The mediaeval part of town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
