When people think of Britain, many of them will think of the sights of London, so we’ve covered that first. Of course there will be more; Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and Edinburgh are all in the pipeline.
London has a long history as a landing place for the Romans, as a port, as a financial centre, as a capital city and the seat of government and royalty. London is also an international centre for the arts, with many venues for ballet, music, drama and visual arts. In our London city bundle we cover:
St Pauls Cathedral, the Tate Modern, Tower Bridge, the National Gallery, Palace of Westminster, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Changing of the Guard, Cabinet War Rooms, Lord’s Cricket Ground, the British Museum, the Oval Cricket Ground, the Imperial War Museum and the Globe Theatre.
